What We Provide

Assari provides AI employee solutions hosted entirely within the European Union. Our AI employees integrate with your existing tools to handle sales, marketing, and operations tasks.

We operate on a "bring your own keys" (BYOK) model — you provide your own API keys from AI providers, giving you complete cost control and transparency.

Your Account & Access

You're responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Managing your own API keys from AI providers
• Ensuring your team members use the service appropriately
• Paying your bills on time

We'll provide you with the tools to manage your AI employees, but the day-to-day oversight is yours.

Acceptable Use

Use our service responsibly:

• No illegal activities: Don't use our AI employees for anything that breaks the law
• No abuse: Don't try to overwhelm our systems or circumvent security measures
• No harmful content: Don't create content that's threatening, discriminatory, or malicious
• Respect others: Don't use our service to spam, harass, or deceive people

Intellectual Property

Here's what belongs to whom:

• Our platform: The Assari service, branding, and technology belongs to us
• Your data: Everything you put into the system remains yours
• AI output: Content created by your AI employees belongs to you
• Your integrations: We won't claim ownership of your business processes or data

We won't use your business data to train models or improve our service without explicit permission.

Data & Privacy

Your data stays in the EU — that's non-negotiable. We follow GDPR requirements and keep everything on Finnish servers.

Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but like any technology service, things occasionally go wrong. We'll do our best to:

• Keep the service running smoothly
• Fix issues quickly when they arise
• Communicate about planned maintenance
• Provide support when you need it

We provide the service "as is" — we can't guarantee it will be perfect 100% of the time.

Liability & Limitations

We're responsible for providing the service, but there are limits:

• Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid us
• We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, missed opportunities, etc.)
• You're responsible for how you use the AI employees and what they do
• We can't guarantee specific business outcomes

This isn't us being difficult — it's standard practice that lets us offer competitive pricing.

Termination

Either of us can end this relationship:

• You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• We can terminate if you violate these terms or don't pay your bills
• Your data: We'll help you export everything before your account closes
• Refunds: We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we're reasonable about unusual circumstances

Payments & Billing

Our pricing is straightforward:

• Monthly billing for the AI employees you deploy
• You handle your own API costs directly with providers
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing
• Late payments may result in service suspension

All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we do:

• We'll email you about significant changes
• We'll give you 30 days notice before they take effect
• If you don't agree with the changes, you can terminate your account

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be handled in Helsinki courts.

We're a Finnish company serving EU businesses — this keeps things simple and familiar.
